Artist Amy McHenry
Amy Stultz McHenry is a Gastonia native, and holds a B. S. Degree from Appalachian State University in Marketing and Communications. Her interests in art and painting began as a young child and have expanded into a variety of art media and volunteer experiences with local arts groups. Her media of choice is oil - concentrating primarily in nature and natural settings inspired by her travels, her home on the lake and the family mountain cottage. Amy is President-elect of Gaston School of the Arts and is an active member of the Art Guild. She and her husband, Jimmy, have a fifteen year old daughter, Mary Corinne and a twelve year old son, Mac.
They live in Belmont.
